Self-Care for the Holidays
From Halloween to New Year’s, so much of our energy goes out of us… out to family, out to friends, out to extra holiday parties and commitments… out to others in need of physical and emotional support in all the various ways.
Create some time to nurture your Self during the often hectic, sometimes draining season, with gentle self-care guidance from six Mind Oasis meditation guides!
Join six of our wonderful Community Meditation guides for one hour, once a week for six weeks (skipping the week of Thanksgiving), we will cultivate qualities of mind and heart that free us from unnecessary suffering and bring us greater to joy.
Classes typically include some topic introduction or teaching, quiet meditation or other experiential component, and opportunity to share your experiences.
No previous experience required, only the desire to give yourself the gift of time to be with your Self.
