This year’s theme is Intentional Self-Love.
We’ll go through powerful intention setting that is the basis of Kelly Marie’s upcoming book, “Circle of Intention.” If you have done this previously, you will find this time around very valuable. New this year, we will connect intention with mindfulness and how this can move us beyond living mindfully to healing the various aspects of our selves that hold us back from self-love.
You’ve never experienced intention setting like this. Extraordinary Intention guides how we want to feel, live, and breathe in each moment of our life. Together, we’ll:

Arrive by dinnertime on Thursday and plan to leave after 11am on Sunday (schedule your flights accordingly!).
Participants to bring their own pillow and sleeping bag, yoga mat, and meditation cushion. Packing list to be provided upon registration. An Uber to the retreat location is about $75. We will help you coordinate with other retreatants if you so wish!
