 This Community Meditation session is guided by Dana W. Dana’s work and practice is guiding meditation. She loves hanging out with her grandbaby Charlie in Austin, TX. Dana feels that meditation slows her down so that she can be more present and accepting of how things are. She dreams of a world where everyone can experience this. Students say that Dana’s classes have relaxing fluidity. After opening awareness to the body and breath, you’ll receive a short inspiration for contemplation and 10-15 minutes of silence.
