Yoga Nidra is the answer to sleeplessness, anxiety, and the environmental impact of living stressful lives. Thirty minutes is the equivalent of two hours of sleep. You’ll float out of class feeling ready for a good night’s sleep! Charlene is the magical answer to what you’ve been looking for when it comes to rest and restoration.

Charlene is certified with 300 hours of meditation guide training (including the Mind Oasis Meditation Immersion) as well as 500 hours of yoga teacher training. In her guidance of both, she seeks simplicity, as to make it accessible for all points along the practitioner’s journey.  She uses her personal practice of meditation and yoga to balance a busy life of running her own daycare by day, teaching/guiding by night, raising two daughters and two pups, and being a dedicated steward to the 33 acres she calls home in upstate NY.

Her deep spiritual connection with nature has given her all the strength and inspiration she’s ever needed to navigate life’s highs and lows.
