In addition to teaching in Community Meditation, Shaina is an Integrative Nutrition Heath Coach based in Austin, Texas. She believes that meditation gives us space to just be in the world as we are, breath, and connect to ourselves. Her depth of experience in meditation stems from the Mind Oasis 300-hour Intensive and Teacher Training.
Shaina guides in a simple inspired Shamatha practice with a focus on connecting to yourself, the space around you and the sensation of breath within your body. Shaina love to garden, cook and read.
