Katherine has been practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness for many years and is a devoted student of her ongoing experience.
Seasoned by life’s many twists and turns, Katherine brings an approach to teaching that is infused with curiosity, creativity, kindness, humor, and compassion. Her warmth and positivity create a space of inclusiveness for a wide range of students to explore the inner landscape of their heart/body/mind/spirit.
Katherine is a mother, yoga therapist, Mindful Self-Compassion trained teacher, Aqua Kriya Yoga senior teacher, and a lover of water.
