Dana’s work and practice is teaching meditation. She also works at a family owned retail business in the tiny mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado. She manages two short-term rental homes in Austin and Buena Vista.

Dana feels that meditation slows her down so that she can be more present and accepting of how things are. She dreams of a world where everyone can experience this.

Students say that Dana’s classes have relaxing fluidity. After opening awareness to the body and breath, you’ll receive a short inspiration for contemplation and 10-15 minutes of silence.

Dana loves the outdoors and has rafted raging rivers and trekked high in the mountains.

Dana is certified with 500-hours of yoga training and 300-hours of meditation instruction.
