Deep Restore with Jen – 7:30pm CT (1 hour) – Thursday, May 2nd
In this class, Jen will help you to learn practical tools to help you find the freedom and energy to enjoy life again. This class is great for those who have endured challenges and are ready to move forward with more meaning and joy in everyday life. The session includes a short teaching and an iRest healing session.

iRest with Kim – 9am CT (1 hour) – Saturday, May 4th
“iRest helps you discover a state that exists between sleep and wakefulness where deep healing takes place.” –Richard Miller PhD
Integrative Restoration Meditation (iRest®) is a guided meditation that will ask you to rest back (seated or lying down) and open your senses to the present moment. As we experience present moment sensations, the mind and body are lulled into a deep state of relaxation that is similar to sleep. This practice offers much needed rest and restoration for anyone dealing with lack of sleep and stress. And, ultimately in this practice, we’re learning to remain aware and present in deep states of relaxation so we can meet and respond to all of life from this place of relaxed ease.

Breathwork for Vitality with Sarah – 8:45am CT (30 mins) – Tuesdays, May 7th – 28th
In this weekly class you will learn how to utilize the power of your breath to generate energy, stamina, and a “keep up” spirit. Based in pranayama and Kundalini practices.

Beginner’s Mind Meditation: Foundational Meditative Practices with Karuna – 6:45pm CT (1 hour) – Tuesdays, May 7th – 28th
Designed for beginners or anyone who has a practice but hasn’t received (or remembered!) strong instructions on how to cultivate vivid attention while remaining relaxed in the open field of awareness. In this 4-week series we will start at the very beginning with preliminaries, breath work, body scan, and then will deep dive into using the breath as anchor. The structure of the class is designed to jump start and sustain a solid solo meditation practice.

Applied Mindfulness: Skills for Life and Work with Dr. Adam Smith – 6:45pm (60 minutes) – Thursday, May 9th
Dr. Adam Smith will provide an overview of meditation and mindfulness with a practical bent, demonstrating how these tools and skills can affect the quality of our experience in the real world.

Free Your Voice and Transform Your Life with Girish – 7:30pm CT (90 minutes) – Monday, May 13th
Enjoy a complimentary class with world touring musician, author, teacher, and former Hindu monk, Girish. Explore tools and practices to find and express your true voice through mindful singing and chanting. Join Girish for this beautiful exploration of using your voice to transform your life! Get ready to feel inspired.

Walking Meditation with Joseph – Wednesday, May 29th, 6:45pm CT (60 minutes)
Walking meditation can be a potent form of practice to get you into your body. The integration of somatic and contemplative practices is a powerful combination. Joseph will teach us how to optimize this often-misunderstood practice in such a way that we find ourselves bringing walking meditation into our daily practice. Walking meditation is particularly useful on meditation retreats when one engages in extended periods of seated meditation. You will move a bit during the class so be sure your audio is such that you can hear it while moving about your space!
