Rachel is a Cause-marketing Specialist living in Austin, Texas with her husband and two kitties. Simply put, meditation has helped Rachel to be happy after many years of not understanding what happiness was. She teaches meditation to help others connect to their most authentic selves. In Rachel’s classes, you’ll get caring and present guidance and the space to find honesty in your breath, feelings, thoughts, and stories. Rachel loves exploration and adventure and gets a lot of joy from trying new things. Also, she has passion for being outside, traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones. Rachel is a 300-Hour Certified Meditation Teacher and a dedicated practitioner.
