The practice is simple, based in tradition and science, and customizable. This training is for anyone who is meditation curious and is looking to create or strengthen your personal practice.
And we make it easy:
- Join from the comfort of your home or anywhere you are in the world, as all classes are live and online.
- Sessions are interactive – this is not a pre-recorded course.
- The Meditation Teacher Training is included in the fee if you would like to learn to be a guide. The TT uses our signature online program Community Meditation for the Practicum.
- Each student has a personal mentor.
- Our instructor, Kelly Marie (Karuna) is the founder of Mind Oasis and meets with students as a cohort and 1:1 throughout the three months.
Meditation is our jam at Mind Oasis. We’ve offered 300-Hour remote meditation immersions and teacher trainings since 2018. Over 100 graduates are in studios, board rooms, classrooms, and more, skillfully enjoying meditation! We start orientation for our 6th cohort of our signature meditation immersion in mid-October and we would love for you to join us!
Our method is focused on practicality so that meditation isn’t something you only tap into from a cushion. It’s a modern, neuroscience-based method that’s uniquely designed to be called upon whenever and wherever you need it.
What makes it different?
Most meditation workshops teach you how to sit, posture your body, and how to practice in place. The Mind Oasis Method instills within you a template for living an aligned, more meditative life. It’s a mental and emotional transformation that works in any situation, whether you’re in the boardroom, the kitchen, the grocery store, or on a month-long retreat.
