Bev enjoys working with students in the local school district and especially connecting with families and staff to support the student’s success. Meditation is her daily reminder that we are all connected. She believes meditation ignites the small spark that exists in each person. Every person contributes to the wellbeing of their families, communities and beyond. Bev enjoys family time, sipping coffee, walking in nature, reading, crocheting and knitting. The more adventures, the better! Bev will be completing the 300 hour program with Mind Oasis in the Spring of 2021. Wellness and self-care are so important!
