Springtime is a great time to restore and renew your spirit! Join the talented Jen Brennan for a 4-week Yoga Nidra iRest series based on the kosha model. You’ll explore the layers of your body and soul to find your inner core of goodness. This series will be great for those who have endured challenges and are ready to move forward with more meaning and joy in everyday life. Each class will include a short teaching, dyad work and then an iRest healing session.
In this series, Jen will help you to take a more personalized, guided approach to help you with the struggle depletion and exhaustion that you’re experiencing. You will learn practical tools to help you so you have the freedom and energy to enjoy life again.
iRest Yoga Nidra helps to alleviate not only muscular tension but also emotional and mental stress. The evidence based benefits include reduced PTSD, insomnia, anxiety ,chronic pain, depression and chemical dependency. The benefits of iRest are cumulative and accrue from the first session.
Jennifer Brennan is a certified iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher. She loves to work with people who are ready to experience profound relaxation and restored joy and purpose. The focus of her work is to help folks who are exhausted with a diluted sense of self overcome everyday stress. Her passion is to help people transform through experiencing their own radiance, vibrant health and wellbeing. She empowers people to find more clarity in their life and relationships.
