Designed for beginners or anyone who has a practice but hasn’t received (or remembered!) strong instructions on how to cultivate vivid attention while remaining relaxed in the open field of awareness. In this 4-week series we will start at the very beginning with preliminaries, breath work, body scan, and then will deep dive into using the breath as anchor. The structure of the class is designed to jump start and sustain a solid solo meditation practice.

Week Two: Preliminaries + Breath + Body Scan
Week Three: Common Obstacles and Antidotes
Week Four: Putting it All Together
